You can check to see if you customer received a video by clicking on the View link in the column Gallery on the line where their name appears in the customer list. If they did not get their video, it is possible the video stream key was not entered correctly. Regardless what you can do is go to the backup and upload that video. The video should be in Videos/BabyFlix Videos. Just view the file details and sort by date. You should be able to find the video by looking for a video recording with a date and time similar to their appointment. Just upload the video to the account using the upload link on the customer list.
