Loading Imagery with BabyFlix Sync Utility

Follow these instructions to load still images using the BabyFlix Sync Utility:

1. Select the Study:
Choose the study that you want to export and load still images from.

2. Choose the Content Format:
Decide on the format of the content you wish to export. For still images, select the .jpg format. For cine clips, choose either .avi, .mov, or .mp4.

3. Select the Destination:
Identify the destination where you want to export the study. In this case, export it to a USB drive.

4. Name the Export:
Assign a name to the export as the customer number/(UID) from BabyFlix.

5. Export the Study to USB:
Once you have configured the export settings, initiate the export process. The study will be transferred to the USB drive.

6. Transfer the USB:
After the study has been exported to the USB drive, safely eject the USB from the ultrasound device.

7. Insert USB into Computer:
Insert the USB drive into the computer that is running the BabyFlix Sync utility.

8. BabyFlix Sync Utility:
The BabyFlix Sync utility is designed to run automatically every minute. It will detect the presence of the USB drive and proceed with the following tasks:
a. Read Files: The utility will read the files on the USB drive.
b. Load Files: It will load the files to the appropriate BabyFlix account.
c. Delete Files: Once the files have been successfully loaded, the utility will delete the files from the USB drive.

By following these steps, you can easily load still images from a study using the BabyFlix Sync Utility.
