I am getting an error uploading a file

There are several reasons you can get an error uploading a file.

• The file format might not be compatible with our system.  If you are trying to upload a file not allowed, please convert to one of the file types that are allowed are;
  • .mp4
  • .mpeg
  • .avi
  • .mov
  • .flc
  • .vob
  • .jpg
  • .png
• There is no space in the account.  If you are a clinic you can add more space from the customer list or if you are a user please file a ticket and we can add more space for $99.
