How to Upload a Backup Video to BabyFlix

If you need to upload a backup of a video that was streamed to BabyFlix, here's how you can do it:

1. Recording the Video: When you start streaming a video by clicking "Start Streaming," the "Start Recording" button will also be activated. This will automatically save the video to your computer.

2. Finding the Video:

   • The video is usually saved in the folder called "Video/BabyFlix Videos" on your computer.
   • Open this folder using Windows File Manager (this is the program you use to look at files on your computer).

3. Sorting by Date:

   • In Windows File Manager, find the menu at the top that says "View" and click on it.
   • Choose "Details" from the options.
   • Then, click on the column that says "Date" to sort the files by when they were created. This will help you find the video based on the date and time it was recorded.

4. Checking the Video:

   • Look at the dates to find the video that matches the time of the appointment.
   • Double-click on the video file to open it and make sure it’s the correct one.

5. Uploading the Video:

   • Once you’ve confirmed it’s the right video, upload it to BabyFlix through your web browser. You can do this by selecting the correct customer from the BabyFlix customer list.
