User Guide: Uploading Images and Cine Clips from the Ultrasound to BabyFlix

Follow these steps to upload images and cine clips from your ultrasound machine to BabyFlix:

Step 1: Prepare the USB Drive

1. Insert a USB drive into the ultrasound machine.

Step 2: Export the Study

1. Navigate to the Study List on your ultrasound machine.
2. Select the Study you wish to export.
3. Export the Study:
   • Choose the option to export images as .jpg files.
   • Choose the option to export cine clips as .avi files.
   • Export these files to the inserted USB drive.

Step 3: Transfer Files to Your Computer

1. Eject the USB drive from the ultrasound machine safely.
2. Insert the USB drive into your computer.

Step 4: Upload Files to BabyFlix

1. Log in to BabyFlix and go to the customer list.
2. Find the Customer whose study you exported.
   • Locate the customer’s entry in the list.
3. Click on the Upload Link next to the customer’s name.

Step 5: Select Files for Upload

1. Click on the Select Files button in the BabyFlix upload interface.
2. Browse the USB Drive and select all the .jpg and .avi files you exported.
   • Hold down the Ctrl (or Command on Mac) key to select multiple files at once.
3. Click Open to add the selected files to the upload queue.

Step 6: Start the Upload Process

1. Click on the Start Upload button to begin uploading the files.
2. Monitor the Upload Progress:
   • As each file is uploaded, you should see a green check mark indicating a successful upload.

Step 7: Verify the Upload

1. Confirm that all the files have uploaded successfully.
2. Check the BabyFlix interface to ensure all images and cine clips are associated with the correct customer.

Additional Tips:

• Ensure that your USB drive has enough free space before starting the export process.
• If you encounter any issues during the upload, try reloading the BabyFlix page or checking your internet connection.
