Inviting Guests to View Live Stream

When the clinic creates your live streaming event you should receive a notification like this;

You can forward this email to family and friends and they can click on the second link to view the stream on the day and time of your scan.  

You can also invite family and friends from our app which provides more functionality.  Your invited guest will get an email invitation with attached calendar event and they will get a text when the stream starts.  Below are the steps to invite guests from within BabyFlix.  

To view a scheduled live streaming event detail the user can click on the menu item titled “Live.”

• To send invitations to friends to view the live stream, just click on the ”Add Friends” link.
• Then just click check those in the friend’s list the user would like to invite. If they are not listed click on the button to ”Add New Friend”

• Then click Update event
• This will send notifications to all invited guests with instructions and a calendar invite
• When you scan is about to begin they will get a text message notification that your scan has begun
