Can I download the video or photos to my computer or mobile phone?

Yes, you can download file loaded to BabyFlix. 

To download from the computer 

1. Accessing the Gallery

   • Begin by navigating to the gallery within the application.

2. Selecting Media

   • Choose either videos or photos dated today.
   • Scroll to the end of your gallery to view the most recent items.

3. Bulk Selection Option

   • Located at the bottom of the gallery, you will find the "Select All" button.
   • Utilize this option to choose all items in the gallery for download.

4. Initiating Download

   • After making your selection, locate the "Download Selected" button, also situated at the bottom of the gallery.
   • Click this button to initiate the download process.

5. File Generation and Saving

   • The system will generate a compressed (.zip) file containing your selected media.
   • This file will automatically be saved to your desktop.

Please ensure to follow each step carefully for a smooth download experience.

To download from the mobile application

1. Accessing the Gallery

   • Open the mobile application and navigate to the gallery section.

2. Selecting Media

   • To choose the images or videos for download, tap on the circle located in the upper right corner of each thumbnail.

3. Initiating Download

   • Look for the download symbol, which is highlighted by a red circle.
   • Tap on this symbol to start the download process.

4. File Download Completion

   • The selected files will be downloaded directly to your phone.

Note: Ensure you have adequate storage space on your device before initiating the download. Follow each step as described for a successful media download.
